At Mi Work, we aim to maintain a transparent and fair service experience for all users. This Refund Policy explains when a refund may be considered and when it may not be applicable.

🌟 About Our Service

Mi Work is a private candidate support and interview assistance platform. Our service charges are collected for candidate processing, profile support, communication assistance, and interview-related coordination with private companies.

Payments made on Mi Work are for service support only and should not be treated as payment for job placement or job guarantee.

✅ When Refund May Be Considered

A refund request may be reviewed in certain genuine situations, such as:

  • If payment is successfully made but no service process is started from our side
  • If there is a verified duplicate payment for the same service
  • If there is a confirmed technical issue or transaction error from our side
  • If the paid service could not be delivered at all due to an internal service failure
Each refund request is reviewed individually after verification of payment details and service status.

📌 When Refund Will Generally Not Apply

Refunds are generally not applicable in the following situations:

  • If the service process has already started
  • If candidate profile review, support, or interview coordination has already been initiated
  • If a candidate is not selected by the company
  • If a candidate does not attend, declines, or discontinues the process
  • If incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is submitted by the candidate
  • If the request is based on personal change of mind after service initiation

Since company hiring decisions are outside Mi Work’s direct control, non-selection or interview outcome cannot be treated as a valid refund reason.

🔍 Review of Refund Requests

All refund requests are subject to internal review and verification. Approval of a refund depends on the actual status of the service, payment confirmation, and the nature of the request.

Mi Work reserves the right to approve, reject, or partially resolve a request based on the facts of the case.

💬 Important Clarification

Mi Work supports candidates in connecting with private companies for interview opportunities. We do not provide government jobs and do not guarantee interview success, final selection, joining, or salary outcomes.

Any payment made on the platform is strictly towards service assistance and platform-related support.

📧 How to Request a Refund

If you believe your case is eligible for review, you may send a refund request to support@miwork.in with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Payment details / transaction reference
  • Reason for refund request

⏳ Processing Time

If a refund request is approved after verification, the amount will usually be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method or any other suitable method decided by Mi Work.
